I am receiving an unprecedented number of "new" client calls.

I am either booking them weeks out or having to turn them away. 

We can't accommodate walk-in clients either.

We are simply swamped and are severely lacking availability.

In addition, our team member, Carolyn, is set to retire in mid December

She will leave behind a very large clientele.
