Rachael came to Avenue 45, at the start of 2018, she started in the beauty industry in 2013. She has worked in a couple area salons during her career. In her most recent position she served as the salon manager. Rachael is also a color educator and a member of The Unicorn Tribe.
"I remember when I was younger I loved doing my mom and her friend's hair. I've always wanted a career where I can help people, doing this I get to make people feel beautiful every day. I'm most passionate about color, especially vivids, formal updos and men's cuts. I live by the motto "your hair is your crown you never take off."

Building volume in fine hair. Helping people transition from one color to the next. I try to make sure that my clients have the knowledge and tools they need to style their hair. I try to make a person’s morning routine as easy as possible. I like to work with what the client has and make it work better for them. I take a very practical approach to hairdressing.
